Since the start of April 2017, business customers have been able to choose who they buy their water and wastewater from –like the gas and electricity markets.

The water South West businesses use still comes from the same network of reservoirs and pipes, but your chosen retailer will bill you, arrange meter readings and provide customer service. Your retailer is South West Water Business (SWWB).

SWWB are exclusively dedicated to servicing business customers.
