The Plymouth PA Network invites you to dine at a restaurant with a great skyline high view!

14 March 2017
From 6pm
Holiday Inn Plymouth, Armada Way, Plymouth PL1 2HJ

Calling all PA's, join the Plymouth PA Network and our very own Ben Rhodes, as the night's Key Note Speaker at the next Dine and Debate Evening "Your Future... Your Career". Tuesday 14th March, 2017, From 6pm at Marco Pierre White's Steakhouse Bar & Grill at the Crowne Plaza Plymouth. £15 to include 2-Course meal & wine.

Our speakers

  • Ben Rhodes - CEO of Devon & Cornwall Business Council; and
  • Jeni Jones - Regional Director from Hays Recruitment

People are talking a lot about ‘how can we future proof our careers and businesses’, but what does that mean for us in real terms - with technology moving so fast these days and retirement age expanding into our late 70’s, if not longer!  Businesses in our region are facing competition from everywhere and what impact will Brexit have? Businesses and work will change over the next 5-10 years, can we rise to the challenge – can we compete in this ever changing world?  Our key note speaker, Ben Rhodes, Chief Executive of Devon & Cornwall Business Council, will be discussing his 20:20 Vision Strategy for the region, and what the DCBC are working on for the future.   Jeni Jones from Hays will discuss Hays' salary survey results and trends/demographics within the workplace.

The future is already here ….. Let’s debate!

We will be one of the first business communities to have access and experience the brand-new Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar and Grill, in the Holiday Inn Plymouth (soon to be Crowne Plaza).

This contemporary and glamorous restaurant is a destination with a difference taking a prestigious space on the top floor of the Holiday Inn Plymouth. Whilst you dine you can take in the stunning views from the bar and restaurant overlooking Plymouth Hoe and Cornwall.  Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill Plymouth presents gourmet British cuisine from the world-famous chef and Marco Pierre White's most well-known signature dishes grace the menu. A name synonymous with fine British cuisine, Marco Pierre White was the first British chef to have been awarded three Michelin stars, and the youngest chef in the world to receive them.
