MADE Awards Ceremony

11 July 2017
1.30pm to 3pm
Rivera International Conference Centre, Torquay

Help us celebrate the achievements of students, businesses and schools for their participation in the Torbay MADE (Manufacturing Activities Designed to Engage) programme as it comes to the end of the initial 2-year pilot.

MADE is a unique programme designed to inspire, motivate and engage participants in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) by supporting and encouraging business and educators to work collaboratively to develop activities which challenge and stimulate, in order to engage and excite our next generation of scientists and hi-tech engineers.

Please join us in the Rosetor Room from 1.30pm for a small networking reception, which will be followed by a prize giving ceremony and will culminate in the announcement of the winners of our Inter-School Manufacturing Challenge Competition. The event is due to draw to a close at 3pm.

If you would like more information about the MADE project and what the TDA is doing to help encourage young people to consider careers in engineering then visit
