The University of Exeter, The British Army and South West Growth Service have joined forces to bring together local business.

This event will highlight the different options open to you to help you recruit and retain talent.

Purpose of the Event

The UK Commission’s Employer Skills Survey 2015 highlights 14% of employers reported skills gaps within their establishment, with approximately 1.4 million staff lacking proficiency in their current role. This event will showcase the different options open to your business to recruit and retain talent.

11.10-11.30- Robert Camp, Stephens and Scown talks about meeting the challenges of recruiting in the region

11.30-12.00- Guided Tour of the Barracks: a unique opportunity to see inside Exeter's main Army base

12.00-13.00- Networking Lunch-served in the Officers' Mess

13.00-14.00- The Shooting Range
