Plymouth Materials Characterisation Project Launch Party!

9 February 2018
17.30 – 21.00
University of Plymouth

What better way to round off the week than a glass of wine and an inspiring event to set the tone for your weekend?

The University's Plymouth Electron Microscopy Centre (PEMC) is proud to announce that from January 2018, we have 3D capability in the shape of the first publicly-accessible Focused Ion Beam Scanning Electron Microscope (FIB-SEM) in the South West, funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

Join us to celebrate this opportunity for Devon businesses and to hear from Plessey Semiconductors who have already made use of the Zeiss Microscopy FIB-SEM, with stunning results; hear how FIB-SEM has already made a difference to the development of their new products.  Prepare to be inspired to think about how your company could also make use of the extensive free support on offer, funded by ERDF over the next two years.

How to Register:

Visit our Events page for more details of this social, networking event; booking is essential for this free event.

If you are unable to join us on the 9th, but would like to find out how your company could access 30 hours of free use of the FIB-SEM to support new product development, quality optimisation or failure analysis, then please contact Claire Pearce on:
