In his spare time, Ben can be found spearfishing around the South Hams coastline, dinghy sailing in Plymouth Sound, kayaking down a picturesque estuary, in his garden trying to grow vegetables / fighting with slugs, camping in (or fixing) his 1984 VW T25, or taking part in any number of other hobbies and sports.
