DCBC now sit on the Western Power Distribution Customer Panel and the Connections Panel. The customer panel meet four times a year to help WPD keep up to speed with the issues affecting their customers.

Wales and West Utilities proactively consult with a broad range of stakeholders in appropriate and innovative ways, making sure that they are informed, engaged and empowered to influence our business decisions.

Since 2013, South West Water have been carrying out extensive research and consultation to find out what our customers want from their water and wastewater services in the future.

Somerset County Council and its partners including the Heart of the South West LEP, Devon County Council and Wiltshire Council in consultation with the Highways Agency have been developing an investment case to signifi cantly improve the A303/A358/A30 road corridor between Amesbury, Taunton and Honiton.
